      Good benefits including tuition reimbursement. On site lunch cafe. Workout room.

      Cons

      Hard to get noticed in order to move up. Team managers micromanage and like to flaunt power at times. Everything is about numbers and it makes you realize that healthcare is a monopoly game too. Pay isn't that great but the added benefits help.
