Pros
It is a company that gives good or competitive prices for the customer and this is the only reason why it is still on it's feet and the stock is ok.
Cons
A lot of cons as the work environment is very stressful for no substantial reason. They command of the employee to work hard and provide an environment that does not help. They demand to work hard and do not train you enough. The companies understanding of training is not up to the standard of many 500 top ones.
