Pros

schedules, benefits, mostly quiet atmosphere, could listen to music all day. Immediate supervisors were amazing.

Cons

Being laid off, focused solely on metrics, only "all in" for the board member's pockets, drama, not really asking for input from the people doing the job every single day.
