Pros

Good benefits Was able to get to supervisor position in 8 months

Cons

There are some great people that work there but the leadership does not provide the correct tools needed to do the job correctly and they are not flexible when you have a family emergency.

Pros

- Flexible work schedule, many roles are able to be worked remotely and management is understanding of work/life balance - Supportive and encouraging company culture - Lots of training resources for continued development and growth

Cons

- Work life balance is usually good, but when times are busy - it’s really busy - Would like to see salary adjustment for inflation
