      opportunities to grow and advance up the ranks Multiple paths upward (i.e. Clinical/Sales etc.) Great hours-weekends are typically free Benefits are comparable to industry standard

      there is a sense of deficeit in investment in technology and resources by management as well perceived by many- efficiency could be improved greatly if they invested in more technologically advanced systems
