      Pay and compensation - The company operates on a pay scale using letters (Grade C). The pay however, differs from building to building. A Grade C falls in the same bracket as a Grade B in another building.

      I love the company's values and benefits. It is a very nice place to work with room to grow.

      The pay is low in my opinion. I would like to see a better compensation for supervisors.
