      Work at home and flexibility

      Cons

      Worst corporate culture. Watch what they do not what they say. Continually talk about metrics. Mgt might be interested but the average Rph couldn't care less. Rphs treated like crap and bashed often. We work hard for miniscule salary increases, no bonus just to make $millions for upper mgt. Slavery is alive & well as salaried jobs can not be completed in 8 hours

      They pay me every week and provide medical insurance.

      Cons

      penny-pinching, disorganized, micromanaging, incompetent, lack of compassion. We all miss Medco!
