      If you care about patients and their health, it is an ok place to work, however, the drama day in and day out can be a deterrent.

      The company offers a flexible point system for absence occurrences. A fair amount of payed time off is included with each pay period.

      Cons

      Forced to waste time on unproductive tasks as part of ever-changing job role. Disorganized system of standard procedure. Minimal amount of training offered.

      -Benefits -Wage (but this is not typical, I get paid more than other people in my department) -My co-workers are like a second family

      Cons

      -Hours (too much overtime) -Work life balance is horrible because of hours -Lots of stress!! -Leadership is questionable -Hard to move up because there are SO many employees and lots of competition
