Great Benefits, Pay is Decent NOT great!
Cons
PTO is almost impossible to be approved, Mandatory Overtime given at an hours notice, NO mutualrespect among departments,micromanaged, Very Busy dealing with extremely ill pts and we are expected to provide world class customer service in 375 seconds while explaining to someone they have a $1,000.00 co pay etc.... for a month supply of drugs..... this is unprofessional!
