Pros

Great benefits! Health and dental insurance. Four weeks of vacation. Great pay I feel like I can work without someone breathing down my neck. Depending on your position you have more involvement with senior management.

Cons

You really have to like change to work here. Very unorganized place. It can make doing your job difficult. I know this is something that they are working on.
