The company can operate in silos, as expected from an organization so large. However, they understand the need to be more collaborative and cross-functional. They also continue to up their communications game in order to help employees feel a part of change.
The culture can still feel very "corporate." There's a desire to be the Googles and Apples of the world, but change is slow to catch up, even if you can wear jeans every day.
