Pros
Work life balance is top notch. Aces for work culture. Aces for SUPER diversity. At Express Scripts work is easy. Very easy to love what you do because leadership support is super amazing. As a matter of fact I can't express in words why I just love to go in to the office every day. Work from home is also very flexible.
Cons
I am so comfortable at this job I honestly can't think of any cons. FYI Express Scripts is not what it used to be a few years ago. This company, now a subsidiary of Cigna, is truly one of the best places to work in America and there are statistics to prove that.
