      Overworked and underappreciated.

      Pros

      The only reason to work at Express Scripts is the new technology they bring in house, if you are lucky enough to participate.

      Cons

      Every project is understaffed and under estimated, resulting in long hours and weekend work. There is very little to no communication from management, (either direction) you are expected to do what you are told. An employee receives no respect and some of the managers can be outright abusive.

      Pros

      It is a friendly fast paced environment and we learn to enjoy our time there. A lot of strong friendships have formed between employees.

      Cons

      - It seems as though most positions have already been offered to someone before being posted as an open position. Example: Position is posted today as being open, you apply today, and within 1-3 days you receive an automated email that states the position is no longer available. -Work/life balance should be reviewed. Long hours with no additional compensation.
