Pros

Great Benefits and generous time off that was accrued if you've been with the company a whole. the option for work at home was also nice.

Cons

As compared to the predicessor Medco, ESI is too focused on reaching their target number and some many other things fade away such as quality of service to the clients- over the years they have lost some big name clients so i am unsure where the future of the company will lead.
