Pros
50% discount, $12.00/hr. 401k for full time
Cons
Dress code is somewhat restrictive & cookie cutter- jeans, graphic tees, & shoes with logos must be from the store, no visible piercings, no unnaturally colored hair. Hours are cut if you aren't making credit application & rewards sign up goals (76% of customers already have these things) Training is put on the back burner. Training is on ipads, which they want you to use while you are on the sales floor (but customers come first, and you need to do go backs, so there's no actual time to do said training). It is on you to remind management that you need to do your online training. If you aren't trained to do something and you inform management, they imply that you should know it already. Breaks are often late (I have been given my break 3 hours into a 4 hour shift.) Basically pushed until the last possible minute. Breakroom is just a table, 2 chairs, and some lockers. It's constantly crowded with storage for displays, lockers sometimes blocked off by these things. I informed management of a change in my availability (I was having trouble getting home from work due to bus schedules.) They still schedule me or keep me after I've told them I will miss my bus. No 401k for part time.
