- you will always get support from the team, even though you've never met them face to face - HMO - welcome kit - realize your potential

- full virtual (if you prefer face time once in a while, not much here)

Pros

*salary is good with benefits like internet allowance, HMO, and paid-time offs *lucky to be partnered with a super great client and my colleagues, together with EYT management are both great to work with. *salary is on the dot (US time), sometimes even earlier than schedule

Cons

HMO is not widely accepted but I think the team is working on a better HMO partner so I really hope this gets onboarded real soon. other than the HMO, I would say everything is great about EYT.
