Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow and advance from the ground up. They can teach you many important aspects of hotel management if you're young and inexperienced.

Cons

Work and personal life is somewhat imbalanced. Labor model does not favor the employee who enjoys regular days off, especially the weekend days. The pay is not the best, either. They pay is below market trends, and bonus targets are unreasonable. Almost seems designed this way so the company doesn't have to pay bonuses, yet the growth is in the ball park of what they need to satisfy the shareholders.

Pros

The former manager Alicia Saladino and the guests who stayed there either long term or short term.

Cons

The rest of the entire ESA staff and corporate offices. The continually charge guests credit cards on services never received or stays that were not taken due to control beyond guest's.
