      A paycheck, insurance if you can afford it.

      Cons

      Long hours, few payroll dollars so tag, you are it! Upper Management and CEO are clueless as to day to day operations, need to actually run a property under same guidelines that staff does, and see how many can do it successfully. Everyone is considered replaceable, and those above you will do anything to keep their positions.

      Laziest leadership you will ever come across. They do nothing but Bragg about their authority and accomplishments. Three CEO since 2004.
