Pros

Great benefits and decent pay

Cons

Must be able to navigate through work place gossip and drama, little to no assistance from upper management, orders can only be placed once a month, budgets are not reflective of the month, many delinquent accounts that are allowed by corporate, short staffed, uncompetitive wages, and poor employee productivity.
