Lots of latitude for coming up with new ideas and mold breaking. Most employees are a pleasure to be around, and some teams are downright fun to be a part of. My working relationships here were some of the best of my career so far. Executive staff have grown more transparent over the last couple years, showing they can change and adapt. The US HQ is right next to public transit and in a modern building with lots of natural light.

Cons

Growing more transparent doesn't mean they are transparent—you'll have to trust the executive team that things are going well, and infer a lot when trying to build the business in your own area. Budgetary constraints sometimes seem frustratingly arbitrary. During my time, departments felt pretty siloed, and some departments had zero real incentive to play well with others. Adding labor resources was like pulling teeth, and despite my best efforts I ended up having to work long hours on a regular basis. A bit demoralizing as we were continually being asked to multiply our success metrics without multiplying help.
