You need not give your 100%. Compensation is almost Competitive. Much of the folks are not knowleged so you can prove yourself easily.

Cons

They hardly follow any process. There is hardly any documentation. Very poor leave policy and insurance benefits is not upto the mark. Best performer and worst performer will be treated the same.
