Working culture in the company was good and friendly. All the teams work together and sometimes help each other to meet the product deadline. They always adopt the latest technologies in trend. So, there are lot of opportunities to learn and implement. You have the freedom to speak your idea and give suggestion to your seniors. There's nothing wrong in it. Overall it is a place where you can explore and improve yourself.

Cons

They follow 2-week sprint in Agile with a lot of backlogs. So, the work schedule is quite tough during the product release.
