Pros
I have worked here almost 5 years. I would have never thought that I would be here that long, but there is a spirit here and amazing colleagues. The Executive team are open and when you have their trust they will support you. This company is really good to it's people. We have a flexible work day. We have really good benefits that are improving each year. Parties every month. Snacks and soft drinks for employees. 24 hour fitness downstairs. Autonomy to do your job. There are so many good things here.
Cons
The income is not above market, we have market salaries. With extra benefits and bonuses. This last year we all received a surprise profit sharing. Some people don't like working in the Beaverton area, but we have many people that commute from far away just to work here.
