I'm not sure where to begin or if this box will even allow me to type all the cons of this company! I believe all the good reviews are written by management. For making this reviews and company favor updates, one team is working on (They'll get good salary, compare to knowledgeable development employees). One of the women, she had no work experience prior, but now she is playing a leader role in this company. Now a days, the company is keep monitoring to fire the employees like who are working good, working hard and they don't know about politics because of several reasons. In most companies, if you are a "manager" you are allowed to make decisions, but not here. All the managers are scared to make decision for fear they will be yelled at and talked down to for not making a decision, since some of them are not strong about the technologies and the core business what the company is doing, but good in super politics and other good knowledgeable managers are working in associate level bug fixes (All developers are working with bug fixes and Company is focusing only on maintenance, no more future implementations. Knowledgeable skilled employees are already went away to this company, some of them are in notice queue). And the most important thing is about the appraisal. If you're good knowledge person, work day night to deliver backlogs on-time the company will give credits lesser than the person who are just coming and passing time in office, simply sitting in late nights and playing games in their system (The person who is coming office at 9am and leave at 6pm and deliver work on-time, those will be treated as average and low performers and no extra credits. Coming to office at 1pm and leave at 10pm, time passers are treated as best performers, extra benefits and all). One among the time passer get benefits from company like Mac book, iPhone6, high end bike, even he don't know what his job and what he is doing in company, but he know dr dr dr... Last thing is resignation, If you are sent a resignation mail to management you are treated as enemy. The managers assign lot of works with a short completion time, sine the manager know the permanent and long time committed employees are don't know anything about the company is what doing and all. So, they will complete the major things with us. I will say this job was an eye-opening experience and all the above mentioned things are happened in-front of me and lot of things are happened for me as well. Luckily, I am not emotionally damaged like most people who leave that place. Good Luck to anyone thinking about working here. I'm sure you will be posting your negative review shortly.

1. No process followed. This is not just for the product development, right from recruitment there is no single process in the company. 2. All the senior resources are already gone. Company is completely filled with freshers. Most of them don't even know their fellow colleagues. 3. No respect for senior members. They are fired just like that. 4. No motivational activities. Employees must be motivated, No such things are happening here. 5. No appreciation for the good work we done. But if any issue comes from the client side we will get good scolding for sure. 6. Company is completely workaholic. No other activity will happen inside the organization. 7. Most of all, All the positive reviews posted here is done by the management. No one will give(who is working here or worked here) positive review about the company.
