Pros

Extraspace Storage is the best call center job I have ever worked in. There is a good work/life balance and the atmosphere of the call center is not a typical call center you would not be just a number.

Cons

We do have our busy times when storage is being used the most but it's not much of a con because even management will jump in a help with the calls in queue
