      Pros

      I have been working for Extra Space Storage for over 2 years now and it has been a blessing for me and my family. Not just do they have very flexible hours but we always get Sundays off!!!. The pay is great, health insurance is awesome with different plans to choose from, working environment is perfect, and management knows what it's doing. There is always a chance for promotions. I do not have any complaints about this company. Not sure I can say the same about others that I have worked for.

      Nothing that comes to mind as of right now. I will update this review if anything changes :)

      Pros

      Extra Space is invested in the development and career growth of their employees. They work hard to provide recognition. Their culture and way of doing business is as good as i have ever seen it.

      Cons

      I haven't seen anything that is a con.

      Pros

      Holidays off. Semi permanent schedule. Sunday off and one day during week. Almost your own boss. Decent pay for the work.

      Cons

      Repetitive. Inconsistent workload. Some tough situations with customers at times. Silly after hours calls.
