Not many bonuses are given, boring industry.

The hourly pay isn’t great. Especially if you’re living somewhere like Tampa. It’s kind of hard to live off the wage. I live alone, and I’m struggling to only pay for my own stuff. You can’t get Saturdays off no matter what. It is required you work Saturdays and Mondays which can be annoying bc you never get two days in a row off so basically you never get a weekend. They talk about work life balance but working until 6 everyday it’s already dark when you get home. With no time to really spend time with friends and loved ones. So work life balance really depends on what you call it. I basically get home eat dinner and by that time I’m already getting ready for bed to go to bed for work the next day.
