Best Storage Company I've Worked For

Pros

Easiest merger/transition I have ever gone through in the Industry, and I've been in the industry roughly 9 years. The trainers I was assigned were very motivating! I love the sense of ownership we have over our stores, and the company's drive to repair/improve our properties so we are the best we can be. I love the employee networking that allows for a sense of team/family throughout the District and Company. Oh, and the pay and perks are good.

Cons

Having to use PTO to take a Saturday off. I don't mind working Saturdays, but I don't want to have to use a PTO day to go to Synogague. On the flip side, thank you for giving everyone Sundays off so we can spend time with our family/friends that have weekends off!

Regular and consistent hours, friendly and encouraging environment. I love coming to work. It doesn't feel like a job. Overall it's a great company to work for.

Cons

The health insurance is a little pricey compared to some other companies. Sometimes minor things are over intensified and analyzed.

Cons

You will not become a multi-millionaire working here. The wages are low, but the time I get to myself is worth it.
