      Pros

      Great job with good benefits. I have worked here full time for almost 3 years. Lots to do to stay busy, but not much stress. This is a company that really cares about their employees.

      Cons

      I can't think of any reason someone would not like it here unless they just don't want to work.

      Pros

      Wonderful family-like culture, clear focuses from CEO and we promote internal growth. Lots of professional growth opportunities if you're in Salt Lake City. CEO is an incredible individual that exudes our company's culture and values. He knows you by name and is thoroughly invested in the growth of our company and the treatment of our customers.

      Cons

      A lot of travel within the corporate field positions and 60-70 hr work weeks 75% of the time. The pay for a learning manager is not as competitive as it is in other industries.

      Extra Space is a company with integrity. They have consistently delivered outstanding performance. They are a growing, thriving company with lots of opportunities. They care about their employees, ask for your best work, and celebrate successes together. It's a great group of people who work hard and have fun.

      Cons

      There are not many cons, management listens and acts upon ideas and improvement areas. With the innovative nature of the company there is a lot of change making it hard to adapt for some employees.
