Throughout my career I have never had employers that encouraged AND acted on the ideas shared by me and others in the organization, at all levels. I have been promoted and given opportunities to act in as many roles as I would prepare myself for and look for more opportunities. This is a strong, dynamic and viable company.

Pros

People work hard and truly respect each other. There is room for constructive discussions and yet there is still the commitment to move forward as one company. Never have I worked for a company where the CEO is so engaged with employees and shows courage to share priorities and ask for help from employees. Extremely admirable! I love this place!

Cons

Rapid growth and redefinition of who we are beyond the 3 walls and concrete floors. But the reward for hard work is SWEET.
