      PTO Growth within the compay

      Cons

      You are working 5 different positions for little pay. You will clean the property daily, you will handle complaining customer daily You will have to meet unrealistic goals consistly you will have to send quotes to vendors you will have to take calls on property while your cleaning units you will have to provide a sense of urgency to customers when there is no urgency to get a space Special treatment to favorite managers

      Pros

      Office hours are from 9:30 am to 6pm, Monday through Friday and 9:am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays. Most Extra Space Storages are closed on Sundays. We don't have to work nights.

      Cons

      Employees at the store level ware a lot of hats. We are expected to run our stores with minimal assistance. Extra Space gives us procedures and guidelines to make certain tasks a smoother transition. Some DM's choose not to follow certain procedures and or guidelines and it makes our jobs more difficult. It also tells me that some DM's don't care about my customer's nor my store. They only care about their bonus at the end of the year. If my DM don't care why should I?
