      District and regional leadership is non-existent Management will look for anything to fire an employee. Zero support from "leadership"

      Pros

      The job touts a strong work-life balance. If you have had any success in sales, this is the easiest sales job I've had. Great people to work with and are very helpful at getting you where you need to be sales-wise.

      Cons

      Shift bids every quarter Can't request PTO more than 6 weeks in advance unless an exception is made. It takes at least 3 months (on the sales floor - so 4 months with the company) to really start seeing any commission. But most won't see what a "full" commission check looks like until around month 6. Most people working here work a 2nd job to make ends meet. Myself included. Glaringly white males top of that executive tree.

      Pros

      Co-workers are great, schedule is good, time off is usually approved.

      Cons

      We don't get paid enough for what we have to deal with. New employees will make more than people who have been here for awhile. It feels like the company cares more about money. Raises are mediocre. Never enough staffing. Rent increases and pricing is outrageous and we're taught to gaslight customers into thinking they're getting the best price. Employee benefits are being taken away or reduced.
