Pros
* Sunday always off , also there is Integrity and it is taken seriously * Not being Micro Managed by our DM or further up the chain, not much drama as other companies , they take that serious and reduce this. You feel your presence is an important role and opinion's you have can be discussed, your not made to feel like just a seat warmer * Most times SM have a set day off * Great resources , benefits with bonus * Team Work and sense of belonging * Sense that your heard or can be heard * Good training * You can actually get abandoned goods hauled off or help from other Co workers , instead of you breaking them down maybe causing injury to self. * You get to be outside and inside , so you get tired of being inside , you get to go out find tasks to do All in all I would say this has been one of the best companies I have worked for and love all my Co workers , I did not give a full 5 stars as with any place there is always room for improvement
Cons
My main Con's are ,which is why I could not be honest to give a full 5 * is that I feel like the bonus system is a bit unfair for slower property's and number's expectations . **I also feel like with the inflation is at an all time high and keeps rising , it makes a single parent or single individual a bit more difficult difficult as an AS or SM to make it on the pay they offer at this time . **( I will state that they did last year try to help off set this with a 8% raise across the board and we all was very grateful for this Thank You ) You can advance , but it is hard to if you do not or can not move from your district
