      Pros

      opportunity for growth, job security, fun environment, friendly and dependable leaders, sense of belonging, inclusivity, emphasis on innovation and standing out above the competition, good working hours, bonuses for rentals and sometimes holidays

      Cons

      living on site presents some challenges such as customer issues outside of the office hours, we work most holidays except for July 4th, Thanksgiving, Xmas, and New Years, getting after hours calls from the call-center

      Pros

      Relatively low stress mix of sales (in office) and facility management (on property). Virtual and in person training is extensive. Bonus potential each month and competitive pay/benefits for the industry.

      Cons

      Limited promotion potential unless you are willing to move. Sometimes there is a lack of communication about new programs or systems that are implemented. Some of the metrics that are tracked for employees are not within each employee's direct control.

      Time for you and love ones, Workplace of respect, You get to be by yourself and get task done, the pay is reasonable for living , and you get to voice your opinion without be belittle.

      Cons

      Pay can be more, processes and procedures can be more explained , & credit for Unit should be given more I am a bigger person and use my Uniforms a lot.
