      Pros

      1) No micro managing 2) Coworkers are more than willing to answer questions you have when you call them 3) Storage discount

      Cons

      1) Pay needs to be better 2) Bonus Structure: Expected to hit KPI goals & metrics (Reviews, Easy Pay %, Insurance % and Merch %) monthly but only are compensated for a piece of the total rentals at site. Even if you are carrying the store rental totals 3) Far too many unspoken rules of operations 4) No team building outings 5) Expected to deal with break-ins, homeless, safety/security without any real support 6) No pay difference for being Bilingual 7) Once you're in, you're in. Its hard to move up in the company.

      Pros

      I've worked at ESS for almost months now and I will say that if you ever need help, you are one phone call, text or email away to get help. Your DTL and DM are always available to help in all situations and are happy to do so. Everyone is still learning, and ESS is the one company that truly understands that. Highly recommend working here if you want your Team leads to have your back and are able to help you with anything.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. If you look at a job opening 3 hours away in the same state, they pay $3 more for starting, or just down the road, In n Out is paying more starting than a Store Manager gets with experience. Kinda unfair
