The pay was not enough for what they wanted you to do. No help even at the busiest stores. Vacation/pto was not ever available because no one could cover the shifts. That applied to any appointments you might have too i.e. medical, dental. They have pto you just can't use it. Terri le management that only worried about the mighty dollar. Didn't care if person had roaches in stuff when they came in as long as they paid. Also wanted you to push insurance on everyone.

You'll get dirty, make hard decisions, work with upset customers, and have some difficult days, but what job doesn't have all that (except maybe the dirty part). It's hard to say there's "cons," but I'll admit, the job is not for everyone.
