Pros
Work-life balance exists here at EXR. Management and leadership care about you, and the company culture is truly invaluable. If you work hard and show up, they reward you tenfold, and I've seen and experienced it firsthand. I plan on staying here for many years to come if the company continues to go the way it has been. I'm thankful for this company and all it stands for!
Cons
Management allows toxic/negative employees to stay at the company for far too long, even after hearing about complaints from coworkers/employees and seeing the issues firsthand. Our culture exists because of the great people we have. Let people find out that the grass isn't always greener on the other side.
