      Pros

      Don't have to be in an office all day, customers for the most part are alright. The work isn't too bad on its own. It's the other managers and higher ups that make it miserable.

      Cons

      Extremely clique like team - feels like being back in high school and almost everyone is two faced.

      Steady work and benefits where good.

      Cons

      Some expectations are based on YOY results and the landscape of the storage industry is complex. I understand the need of growing the business but make sure it is realistic and achievable. SMART goals could be used. Dealing with difficult tenants is hard. It requires patience and understanding. Not enough training provided for this. They expect you to know these things from the beginning
