The Store hours are nice.
Cons
Does not pay enough for the amount of responsibilities you have. They had the audacity to brag about the fact that they made more money during the pandemic than ever and employees at most got a 75 cent to $1 raise. Mind you we had to psychically report for work during the pandemic the sites only closed for 2 days. Not to mention you always have to travel to other locations no matter what unless your not a team player. EVEN if your the store manager which we were always told the store manager needs to be at the their home site. I did that for 3 months during the pandemic. I ended up leaving due to my laughable hourly wage of 17 dollars and hour as a MANAGER and was told they don't do competitive pay. They rather lose you than pay you more.
