Extra Space Storage reviews

When I first applied for Extra Space Storage, I had very low expectations. That being said, I was blown out of the water from day 1. Everyone I've met embodies the culture, and are very kind. In addition, the company culture is the best I've had! Company culture is one of my highest priorities, so this is a big deal. Extra Space Storage puts their employees first, and cares about your development and growth. Another thing that amazed me, is that the C-Suite takes the time to get to know their employees as well. I feel like I am a valued partner. Lastly, work-life balance is very valued here, and implemented since day 1 as well which I appreciate.

I've really enjoyed my 7+ years here and would recommend the company to anyone looking for a role. I think leaders truly care about their employees and there has been tremendous opportunity for growth and development. There is good work/life balance but still feel like I'm challenged and contributing toward the company goals
