      Pros

      - Growing company with competitive pay and benefits! - Customer service is #1 here - Excellent communication at every level, they listen and feedback is balanced. - DM and Store managers are always available for support and questions. - Promote teamwork every day and great training program - Schedule is Amazing with Sat night off and Sundays off

      Cons

      - When you work at different sites, some are older buildings so need more maintenance and cleaning outdoors. - Some customers are difficult to assist depending on the city or area

      Pros

      Since being hired by ESS I can say that compensation is very fair, monthly bonuses, annual raises and for the last 2 years an additional pay raise along with 2 cash bonuses. Recognized with gift cards for outstanding performance and always being prepared for upward mobility. Every quarter a Store Mgr. and Asst. Store Mgr. are recognized in the District with a cash bonus and eligible for a Company wide award. The culture of ESS is one of inclusion, fairness and respect. What makes me proudest of being an employee at ESS is my co workers. Every single person I work with is always willing to assist others. Our trainers are always available to assist with the tough issues and our District Manager always listens to our concerns. We are also blessed to have a Corporate level management that listens and makes changes based on employee feedback... What company does that?? I am an ESS lifer and look forward to a long rewarding career.

      Pros

      Great bonus program incentive for renting units. When hired, you are assigned to the site closer to your home. Great team to work with. Everyone in our district is very knowledgeable and helpful

      Cons

      The payment gap between an assistant manager and store manager is not much. There is not "sick pay" If you get sick it comes out of PTO. While having Sundays off, schedule fluctuates and is submitted by month.
