      Pros

      They don't just preach #TeamExtraSpace, they live it every day. Even across the country I feel part of the team every day and very included. Always open to new ideas and input from everyone.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are too many cooks in the kitchen, so to speak, and things get confusing in some areas.

      Pros

      I love working at Extra Space because the employees treat me like family, and I'm valued as an employee and a person. The management is very supportive and invested in your work-life balance. Everyone, including upper management, is approachable and open to hearing your feedback regarding the company, whether good or bad. My manager is fantastic and always willing to help, no matter the reason. I am fortunate to work remotely, and they are very flexible with my work hours, which is great!

      Cons

      I don't have any downsides to mention. This job is great for me because I work remotely. While I'm not interested in advancing my position, I believe that if you want to grow with the company and advance in your role, it's easier and probably faster if you live in Utah and work at Extra Space's home office.
