Pros
Great company. They are very invested in their employees. Benefits are great and you get Sundays off. There are a lot of tools available to help you learn and do your job. Great teamwork oriented atmosphere. Upper management is great and (at least my DM) always show their appreciation for employees.
Cons
Not many. This is not really a fault of the company... but, the company is very invested in their employees, which in turn means expectations are very high. You are required to complete various tasks (like follow ups/sales calls) within a tight window. The rental/follow up process is very sales driven. In person and phone mystery shops are done regulalrly. There are scripts and guidelines you are required to use, even down to specific work usage. Google reviews are also extremely important and WILL be a major factor in your performance. While there are plenty of tools and coaching opportunities for these things, if you are uncomfortable in a sales/solicitation driven position, this will be challenging.
