Pros
good flexibility, management was amazing, great culture, decent pay. Lots of down time, regular hours. No mirco managing.
Cons
There isn't many cons to working for this company in this specific position. As long as you complete the simple task they ask you will do fine. At times it seemed hard to get assistant managers to make the workload even lighter but ultimately didn't matter much to have them anyway.
