Very few paid holidays (4). You will work on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day, Labor Day. You will work every Saturday. Unrealistic workload expectations (single coverage at site most of the time). KPI goals beyond your control (Google reviews, insurance sales, phone answer %). Difficult to get PTO approved (Good luck trying to get a full week off for that vacation you want to take, you must find someone to cover for you). Very low pay (not a livable wage). Poor advancement opportunities beyond Site Manager. Frequent irate customers (lately due to unreasonable rate increases). Cleaning toilets and human excrement on site.
