      Pros

      - Love working with my co-workers and team members in IT and BI Team - People are given more pay and responsibilites when they deliver - Company trust employees with large projects and provides a lot of support and resources - Technology is a big driver in helping the company grow and stay competitive

      Cons

      The only downside I have encountered is some of the employees have their own agendas that have been bad for the company and they brought a lot of negativity, but some of them have decided to finally move on so things are improving.

      Pros

      Decent pay for the amount of work required. Management flexible when we need an extra day off here and there.

      Cons

      Hardly a chance for growth opportunity. Only two people work in one store. AM and SM. Promotions are easy if looking to go from AM to SM, but anything beyond that is rare. Mostly external hires for management or corporate position. I have a bachelors degree and positions that I think I would be considered for if I applied to them before working here I am not being that I need to work my way up the chain. All of the company and its technology is blocked. Internet websites, even the company cell phone doesn't allow for certain features. The work days take forever, and you don't get proper recognition.

      Pros

      Everyone one you work with is very helpful and willing to teach. This job is for those who are constantly competitive with reaching sales and goals.

      Cons

      The type of customers you work with are the worst kind. When it comes to money, people will flip in a heart beat. There is never enough employees, and a lot of the time, you are by yourself to do a workload created for 2-4 people. Unnecessary stressful.
