Lack of Growth/No Upward Trajectory: As a store manager, just like most organizations, there's no Retail-To-Corporate Path. I guess there's no encouragement for employees to improve themselves and academics to go up the ladder. Once you're a store manager, that's it. Just my opinion
Metrics and Performance: Company relies on metrics which folks at the store level has no control over. For instance, you can't judge me if a customer doesn't rent or a customer who calls the store support center multiple times and complain because they're not having their way. I feel the metrics are an inaccurate indicator of one's performance but again, Just my opinion.
