      no micromanaging, commission and hourly, great support, pto ( my dm is very open and understanding)

      Cons

      The amount were getting paid to clean some of these properties is not enough. the pay could be better based on the growth of the company. we also need more help, sometimes you work your property for months with no help. it places a lot of strain on your body

      Great Hours, Day off during the week and off every Sunday, good benefits, PTO generous, good salaries, incentive pay out monthly, no office politics, teammates willing to assist anyone, District Manager over Cobb County is the best I have ever worked under with any company. The company wants suggestion from the employees to make improvements.

      You are never alone. If you are working at a location by yourself and need help, there is always someone you can reach out to. With the incentive pay out monthly, your hard work really pays off.

      Cons

      Store managers are required to work Saturdays unless you use a PTO day.
