      Pros

      It is exciting to be a part of a growing organization at a time so many companies are cutting back or on shaky financial grounds. The work is challenging yet rewarding, and everyone has the opportunity to make a difference. Internal promotions occur regularly - I have never worked anywhere with so many leaders who were promoted from within.

      Cons

      Some of the best ski slopes in the world are only minutes away from the office and they are very tempting during the season!

      Pros

      Extra Space presents a people first culture and does everything within it's power to embody that. The company goes above and beyond to support and keep it's field employees. From full time hours with benefits and pto to tuition discounts, there is a lot to be grateful with here. Anyone who is committed to working hard and being ethical, can find a happy home here.

      Cons

      There are some opportunities to increase advancement and development tracks. The company runs a very flat organizational structure, which makes sense but could be frustrating to a long term talented employees.
