      Extra Space isn't just a job, its a lifestyle and an adventure! I've been with the company going on 11 years now, and most of everything I have learned in my professional life has been here with ESS. I love the culture, the team work, and the growth opportunities that come with company's growth. My peers have been supportive throughout the years and I can honestly say that I am who I am today because of what I have learned and how I have evolved while at ESS. I'm forever grateful!

      We wear many hats at Extra Space Storage and it can be overwhelming at times. However this broad range of responsibilities help build character and humility while learning things we never thought we would learn.
